CRM and Automation
A full GoHighLevel build: pipelines, stages, automated follow-up, calendars and reminders. Every lead lands in one place and gets worked whether anyone remembers or not.

CRM and automation, paid ads and lead generation, website and brand — built, wired together and launched as a single system you can actually run.
[01] WHAT WE BUILD
A full GoHighLevel build: pipelines, stages, automated follow-up, calendars and reminders. Every lead lands in one place and gets worked whether anyone remembers or not.
Campaigns, creative and tracking built to produce booked appointments, not impressions. Spend is tied to pipeline stages so you can see what a lead costs and what it returns.
The page the traffic lands on, built to convert, plus the brand assets that make the offer look like it belongs at its price point. Shipped on a platform you can edit yourself.

Spend increased
We go through your offer, your current CRM and ad accounts, your numbers and your sales process, then tell you plainly what's worth building first.
We build the pipeline and automations in GoHighLevel, set up the ad accounts and creative, and ship the website and brand assets. Everything lives in accounts you own.
Traffic goes on and the system takes its first real leads. Speed to lead, booking and follow-up all get tested against live traffic before anything scales.
We read the numbers — cost per lead, booked calls, show rate, close rate — and tune creative, targeting, copy and follow-up until the unit economics work.
Once the math holds, we increase spend, add channels and add capacity to the sales process without breaking what's already working.
"We run our own sales floor on the systems we build. Nothing we hand a client is theory — it's what we already use to get our own appointments booked and closed."

Ad spend to jobs
High-ticket work changes the maths. One won job can cover a quarter of advertising. Move the slider to see what a month of spend turns into at your numbers.
Defaults are published benchmarks for remodeling and home improvement: leads commonly run $250 to $450 on Google Ads, and $20,000 is a worked example of a kitchen remodel. The 25% close rate is a worked example, not a measured average. 35% is a common gross margin target in residential remodeling; many shops run below it, so set yours.
This is arithmetic on the four numbers you set, not a forecast. Nothing here is a guarantee of leads, jobs or revenue, and results vary with your market, your offer and how quickly leads are worked.
One stop, or four vendors
An ads agency runs ads. A web studio builds the site. Someone else wires up the CRM. Each one does their part and stops at the edge of it, which leaves the handoffs, the tracking and the follow-up to you. We build all of it, and we own the places where the pieces meet.

One invoice
One team, one number, one place to call
$0 means no separate invoice for that piece, not free work. All four are covered by the single fee below. Advertising spend is the one cost that stays yours, paid directly to the platform.
Hired out, that is three invoices, three timelines and three companies who each point at the other when a lead goes missing. The integration work — the part that decides whether any of it converts — is nobody’s line item, so it lands on whoever is left holding it. Usually the owner.
One team builds all four, runs all four, and answers for all four. One invoice, one number to call, nobody to chase.
All four, one team, paid on results
15% of gross profit
On the numbers you set above, that is about $3,750 a month — roughly $1,050 on each job won. The four vendors above invoice every month whether or not the phone rings.
Prefer a fixed number? The same economics, billed as a flat $1,050 per job won, agreed before we start. Nothing to reconcile at month end.
Gross profit means the contract price less direct job costs — materials, subs and job labor — on work the system wins and the CRM can trace back to it, not your whole book of business. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the platform and is not part of the fee. Exact terms are set in the engagement.
The figures in the middle column are published market rates for hiring those pieces separately, not our pricing. PPC management fees from NewMedia’s 2026 pricing guide; website build and maintenance ranges from One Little Web’s website cost study; the automation figure is ten hours a week at the US average specialist rate reported by ZipRecruiter.
