Optimism Consulting Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“Optimism Consulting Group,” “we,” “us”), provides marketing, sales and software consulting services. This page sets out what we do and do not promise, and the disclosures that apply to material shown on this site. Please read it alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We build and deploy marketing and sales systems: CRM and automation, paid advertising and lead generation, websites and brand, and the sales processes that connect them. We are a consultancy and nothing more.
We are not a law firm, an accounting firm, a broker-dealer, a futures commission merchant or an introducing broker, and we are not registered as an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor or commodity pool operator. We do not issue, license, sell or distribute trading software, trading signals or any other financial product. We do not hold, manage, pool or take custody of anyone’s funds.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from our work. That includes any level of leads, booked appointments, sales, revenue, return on advertising spend, search ranking or growth.
Results depend on your offer, your pricing, your market, your competition, your budget, your sales capacity and how your team executes, all of which sit outside our control. Any projection or estimate we give you is a working assumption, not a commitment.
Case studies, figures, testimonials and examples on this site reflect specific engagements over specific periods. They are not typical, they are not a prediction of what you will achieve, and they should not be read as a promise.
Where we show the number of workflows, campaigns or assets built for a client, that describes what that particular engagement required. Your scope will differ and is set out in your signed agreement.
Nothing on this site, in our materials, or in our communications is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. It is general information and does not take your circumstances into account. The systems we build run on platforms we do not own or control, including advertising networks, CRM and automation tools, hosting providers, payment processors and messaging services. Those platforms set their own rules, pricing, approval decisions and uptime, and can change them without notice. We are not responsible for a platform rejecting an ad, restricting or suspending an account, changing its algorithm, pricing or policies, or suffering an outage or data loss.

We sometimes document our client work here, and some clients sell products that carry risks of their own.
